Deed from Aaron MacKenzie to David MacKenzie (b. 1798) Howard Co., MD Land Records Liber #1 f. 8
This is a better copy of the deed listed on David MacKenzie's home page. It involves a 98 acre share of the land that was devised by John MacKenzie to his children in 1758. This particular deeds references that the property involved is that parcel that John devised to his son, Michael MacKenzie. It is still a bit of a mystery as to precisely who the Aaron was who sold this parcel to David. Dick MacKenzie surmises that this Aaron may have been a grandson of Michael MacKenzie, although nothing is referenced in the deed, or any other document for that matter to precisely identify him.
