- FROSTBURG - Mrs. Jernie (McKenzie) Kelley, 66, of Star Route, Box 17-A, Frostburg, died Saturday, February 16, 1991 at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born February 15, 1925 in Garrett County, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Dora (Caton) McKenzie. A homemaker, Mrs. Kelley was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by one son, Timmy L. Kelley, and by three brothers and one sister. Survivors include her husband, Thomas E. Kelley; one son, Marvin McKenzie, Wakeman, Ohio; one daughter, Regina Ann (McKenzie) Hochard, Meyersdale, Pa.; one sister, Flossie Garlitz, Frostburg; two brothers, Dayton McKenzie, Grantsville; Stanley McKenzie, Elyria, Ohio; three grandchildren, Marty McKenzie, Wakeman; Kim Hochard and Tina Hochard, both of Meyersdale. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hafer Frost Mansion, Frostburg. A Christian waks service will be held there Monday at 7:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church by Msgr. John L. Reinsfelder. Interment will follow in the Blocher Cemetery, Garrett County. Pallbearers will be Roger Minnick, Sr., Roger Minnick, Jr., Elmer Minnick, Blayne Garlitz, Mike Kenney and Joe Pryor.
