- TRI-TOWNS — Last rites for Mrs. Edmonia May Smith, 64, wife of James Albert Smith, who died Sunday night in Morgantown, W. Va., will be held tomorrow at 2 p. m. at the home of her sister, Mrs. ---- E. Smith, Water Street, Piedmont, by Rev. R. L. Moore, pastor of Piedmont Trinity Methodist Church. Burial will be in Philos Cemetery, Westernport. A native of Westernport, Mrs. Smith attended schools there and in Piedmont. Besides her husband, she leaves two children, James A. Smith, Jr., editor of a New Kensington, Pa., newspaper, and Miss Mona Mildred Smith, who is serving as librarian with an Army Special Service unit near Sendai, Japan; a grandson and five granddaughters. Also surviving are her father, James S. Fazenbaker, Beryl, W. Va., and two brothers, Dewey Lionel Fazenbaker, Westernport, and Paul Everett Fazenbaker, near Elkins, W. Va. A brother-in-law, Arthur F. Smith, died October 13 in Lonaconing.
