MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Larry Joseph Sperry, 58, of Loris, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, formerly of Frostburg, died June 8, 2007, at his home. Born Oct. 19, 1948, he was the son of the late Robert Joseph Sperry and Phyllis Sperry McKenzie. Mr. Sperry was a graduate of Beall High School, Frostburg, he was retired from the Safeway Corporation and currently was employed by Fresenius Dialysis Center in Loris, S.C. He was a member and Elder of the First Christian Church and was in training to be an Evangelist. Mr. Sperry is survived by his wife, Wanda H. Sperry of Loris, Myrtle Beach; one son, Robert J. Sperry and wife Stacy of Maryland; one stepson, John Dupcavitch and wife Diane of Pennsylvania; one sister, Rhonda Sperry Wiles and her husband Sam of Hagerstown; two grandchildren, Lexi Sperry and Joseph Dupcavitch; one niece, Carla Miller Standridge of Florida; one nephew, Brian Miller, North Carolina. Services were held at Lee Funeral Home, Little River, North Myrtle Beach, on Monday June 11, 2007. A guest registry is available on line at MyrtleBeachOnline. com.
