Minnick of New Castle, Delaware, and Helen R. Drew of Frostburg, MD; Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Hubbard Funeral Home Inc. 4107 Wilkens Ave. on Friday and Saturday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, 11:30 a.m. at the the funeral home. FROSTBURG- Charles "Chuck" Lee Layman,79, of Frostburg died on Sunday January 11, 2015 at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born May 7, 1935 in Midland, he was the son of the late Hannah (McGee) Layman and Charles L. Layman, Sr. Chuck was retired from Allegany County Transit. He is survived by a brother James H. Layman of Cumberland, nephews Jason Layman and wife Tonya and Justin Layman and wife Maria, and cousins, Shirley Page of Lonaconing, Norman Jean Keith of Alabama and Joseph Rowan of Lonaconing and special friend Mary Shade. There will be a graveside service on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Frostburg Memorial Park with the Rev. Jim Jeffries officiating.
