Born Aug. 31, 1941, in Cumberland, Ronnie was the son of the late Thomas Joseph Linn and Othalia Alma (Hamilton) Linn. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Bonnie Linn; sister, Judy Linn; niece, Wanda Crabtree; brothers, Thomas "Pee Wee" Linn and Nicky Linn; brothers-in-law, Ronald Tharp, Rick Boner, and Nick Gallen; and nephew, Jeff Gallen. Ronnie retired from the Operating Engineers Local 37. He was a lifetime member of the Cumberland Outdoor Club, former president of Fraternal Order of Eagles, Loyal Order of Moose and Goodfellowship Club. Ronnie is survived by his sons, Ronald A. Linn Jr. and fiancé, Janet Lee Scadden, and Nicky Linn; grandchildren, Amanda Linn, Veronica Linn and Christopher Linn; great-grandson, Bryce Shepherd; sisters and brothers, Doll Gallen, Sharon Tharp, Sheila Boner, Linda Linn, Vicky Wilson and husband, Jim; sisters-in-law, Kathy Linn and Leona Linn, Dave Linn and wife, Nina, and Terry Linn and wife, Kim; and several nieces and nephews. Upon his request, Ronnie was cremated. Celebration of Life will be held at Cumberland Outdoor Club, Oct. 2, 2016. Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A. is entrusted with the arrangements. Tom retired from the Operating Engineers Local #37. He was a life-member of the Barrelville Outdoor Club; the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #245; and the Piney Mountain Sportsmen's Club; and a member of the Kennels Mill Sportsmen's Club. Tom is survived by his wife of 47 years: Leona Helena Linn; and his sons: Thomas Gary Linn, II and wife, Valerie, Cumberland, MD; and Gary Lee Linn and wife, Heather, LaVale, MD. He also leaves behind his grandchildren: Thomas Gary Linn, III, and girlfriend, Brittney Cosner; Garrett Levi Linn; Madison Paige Linn; and Max Alister Linn; and his step granddaughter: Courtney Buxenstien. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Judy Ann Linn; a sister-in-law: Bonnie Linn; two brothers-in-law, Ronald Tharp and Rick Boner and a nephew, Jeffrey Allen Gallen. Nicky was a life member and bartender and was an active president of the Cumberland Outdoor Club. He was also a life member of the Good Fellowship Club and a member of the Piney Mountain Sportsman Club. He enjoyed camping, fishing, riding his motorcycle and four-wheelers. Nicky is survived by his wife of 27 years: Kathryn Ann (Sines) Linn; and his children: Kelsie Nicole Linn and fiancé, Tyler Greise; and Zachary Allen Linn and girlfriend, Brice Blankenship.
