Martin Francis Coyle, born July 15, 1953, in Cumberland, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, in his Clovis, home. Martin graduated from Bishop Walsh High School in 1971 and served as a B-52 mechanic in the Air Force. He received his Bachelors Degree at the University of Wyoming and taught high school mathematics in Arizona and Nevada. Martin is survived by son, Gregory Meyer-Coyle; daughter, Genevieve Ann Cruz; former wife, Rebecca; three granddaughters; one grandson; six siblings; and parents, John and Rosemary Coyle of Cumberland. Having an adventuresome spirit, he loved to travel and was an avid Harley-Davidson rider who regularly participated in charity-raising rides. Martin was a softball coach, girls college-bound high school director, and Sunday school teacher. His favorite Bible verse was Romans 10:13 Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
