    OLDTOWN - Stanley Joseph Caton, 34, of Route 2, Box 106, Oldtown, died Saturday, May 16, 1992 at the Martinsburg (W.Va.) Veterans’ Administration Hospital. Born March 9, 1958 in Frostburg, he was the son of Stanley H. Caton and Virginia C. (Smith) Caton. Mr. Caton was medically retired from the U.S. Air Force where he was a computer operator from March 1976 to March 1982. He attended the First Brethren Church in Wiley Ford, W.Va. In addition to his parents he is survived by his maternal grandmother, Sue (Bean) Smith, Patterson Creek, W.Va.; two brothers, Kenneth Wayne Caton and Fred Allen Caton, both of Oldtown. Friends will be received at the Hafer Chapel of the Hills Mortuary in LaVale. Services will be conducted there Monday at 11 a.m. by the Rev Benny R. Brakeall. Interment will be at Greenville (Pa.) Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Alvin P. Boggs, William C. Berg, Leo J. Lavin II, George W. Albright, Thomas W. McBride Sr. and Thomas W. McBride Jr. The family wishes memorial contributions be sent to the First Brethren Church in Wiley Ford, W.Va. The Cumberland Sunday Times, May 17, 1992
