    FROSTBURG — Roy R. Winebrenner, 61, husband of Mrs. Cecelia W. Winebrenner, Zihlman, died yesterday morning at Miners Hospital where he had been a patient for the past two months. He was a son of the late Thomas and Ida (Porter) Winebrenner, and was employed as a press operator for the Big Savage Refineries. He was a member of Local 190 Brickworkers of America. Besides his widow, he is survived by a son, George Winebrenner, Zihlman: two daughters, Mrs. Flossie Leonard, Mt. Savage, and Mrs. Evelyn Troutman, Grahamtown: a brother, Shannon Winebrenner, Potomac Park; two sisters, Mrs. Tina Winebrenner, and Mrs. Joseph Wolford, both of Borden Mines, and eight grandchildren. The body is at the Durst Funeral Home where services will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. Wilbur H. Grose, pastor of the Eckhart Methodist Church. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park and pallbearers will be Arthur and John Blank, John Cunningham, Charles Long. Howard Winfield and William Griffith. Born Oct. 11, 1915, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Roy R. and Bessie (Porter) Winebrenner. Mrs. Winebrenner was a retired employee of Kaiser Refractories at Zihlman. Surviving are his widow, Frances (Troutman) Winebrenner, two sons, Thomas L. Winebrenner, Hancock; and Bradley L. Winebrenner, Washington, D.C.; one sister, Mrs. Flossie Knieriem, Barrelville; and one grandson. A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Durst Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald F. Sause. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. The family request that memorials take the form of contributions to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or the American Heart Society. Survivors include her husband, John E. Troutman; three daughters, Cecelia, Carol and Charlene Troutman, all at home; two sons, John and Roy Troutman, also at home; a sister, Flossie Leonard, Barrelville; and a brother, George Winebrenner, Frostburg. The body is a tthe Durst Funeral Home where the family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. in the Durst Funeral Home with Rev. Robert W.     WELLERSBURG, Pa. — Richard “Dick” Henry Leo-nard, 70, of Wellersburg, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born April 1, 1943, in Mount Savage, Mr. Leonard was the son of the late William Grant Leonard and Flossie (Winebrenner) Leonard-Knieriem. He was also preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Burley, Myrtle Holt, and Jessie Norris. A graduate of Mount Savage High School, class of 1961, Dick was a United States Army veteran and retired from CSX Railroad. He was a member of the Wellersburg Volunteer Fire Department and was President of the Relief Association for the Fire Department. Dick was also a member of the Wellersburg Borro Council; the National Rifle Association; an honorary member of the Somerset County Sheriff’s Association; and volunteered for the Election Board. Dick was an avid golfer and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers. His granddaughters were his life. Dick is survived by his wife of 49 years, Peggy J. Leonard; and his son, Richard T. Leonard and wife, Shelly, Meyersdale, Pa. He also leaves behind his granddaughters, Savannah D. Leonard and Shawna D. Leonard; as well as his brother, Robert Leonard and wife, Carol, Martinsburg, W.Va. Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Thursday, Jan. 16, 2014 from 6 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Friday, Jan. 17, 2014 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jim Jefferies officiating. He was a dedicated employee and hard worker for 40 years as a driver and sales manager for Price Beer Distributors. John was a former chief of Clarysville Fire Company and Cresaptown Eagles. John enjoyed watching sports and was an avid Steelers, Orioles, and Dale Earnhart fan. He loved spending time with his family, woodworking in his workshop and fishing. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Lois Troutman; children, Matt Troutman and wife, Marne, Frostburg, Kimberly Lucas and husband, Rod, LaVale, Darren Troutman and spouse, Kevin Byrne, Chicago, Michael Troutman and wife, Lori, Short Gap; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Roy Troutman and wife, Dottie, Frostburg; sisters, Charlene Knox, Oakland and Carol Tichnell, Keyser; Special in-laws, Rob Rase and wife, Linda, Susie Blough, Kay Warden, Dick Rase and wife, Althea, Linda Davis and husband, John; and numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at Durst Funeral Home, 57 Frost Ave., Frostburg, on Monday, July 24, 2017, from 5 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 25, 2017, at 11 a.m. with the Rev.
