FROSTBURG — Henry Hugh McKenzie Jr., 66, of Frostburg, died on Wednesday, April 17, 2009 at WMHS-Braddock Campus. Born Sept. 27, 1942 in Frostburg, he was the son of Evelyn (Stott) McKenzie and the late Henry H. McKenzie Sr. Henry was retired from the City of Frostburg. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and a member of the Big Savage Hunting Club. Besides his mother, Evelyn (Stott) Mckenzie, he is survived by his wife, Bonnie (Christner) McKenzie; one son, Scott McKenzie, Frostburg; one brother, Allan McKenzie and wife Anita, Winchester, Va.; two sisters, Carol Carr and husband Ronald, Frostburg and Debbie Kirkbride, Winchester; brother-in-law, Paris Christner and wife Deb, Salisbury, Pa.; and sister-in-law, Doll Christner, Salisbury. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home, P.A., Frostburg, on Friday, April 17, 2009 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Michael H. Scott Lewis McKenzie, 50, of Frostburg passed away suddenly at his home on Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018. Born in Cumberland on April 28, 1968, he was the son of Bonnie (Christner) McKenzie and the late Henry H. McKenzie, Jr.
Scott loved computers and anything high tech. He enjoyed reading. Scott was employed with A.M.M. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
