FROSTBURG — Rhyan Dane McKenzie, 2, infant son of Rodney David and Tina Marie (Beitzel) McKenzie, 983 Beall School Road, Frostburg, died Saturday, Dec. 24, 1994, at his residence after an illness of more than one year. He was born on Nov. 21, 1992, in Cumberland. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Rodney McKenzie Jr. and one sister, Alyson McKenzie, both at home; maternal grandparents, Gary and Betty (Fazenbaker) Beitzel, Grantsville; paternal grandparents, David and Doris (McKenzie) McKenzie, Frostburg; maternal great-grandmothers, Marie Fazenbaker and Alice Beitzel, both of Grantsville and paternal great-grandmother, Velma McKenzie, Frostburg. Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, on Monday. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. R. Lee Williams officiating. Interment will be in Mount Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary Beitzel Jr., Scott Beitzel, Tim Klotz and Sam Wright. Cumberland Times-News, December 27, 1994
