  Notes	FROSTBURG - Keith J. Hawkins, 33, of Woodland, died Monday, Feb. 25, 1991 at Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. Born Nov. 19, 1957 in Frostburg, he was the son of Robert J. and Peggy (Miller) Hawkins, Woodland. A 1975 graduate of Valley High School, Lonaconing, and a graduate of Frostburg State University, Mr. Hawkins had been employed by the Federal National Mortgage Association in Washington, D.C. Besides his parents, he is survived by one sister, Linda Kay Knox, RD 2, Frostburg; three brothers, Robert L. Hawkins, RD I, Frostburg; Randall S. Hawkins, Midland; David W. Hawkins, Frederick. Friends will be received Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Sowers Funeral Home, Frostburg. Services will be conducted there Thursday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Donald Spear.
