Born March 23, 1946, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late John Winebrenner and Mary (Kunkle) Winebrenner. He was preceded in death by his wife, Delma Lou Winebrenner on Feb. 17, 2017; and a brother, John Winebrenner. He is survived by his daughter, Sam Donaldson and husband, Keith; granddaughter, Sage Donaldson; brother, Rick Winebrenner and wife, Beth of LaVale; sister, Carol Isner and husband, Cec of Elkins, W.Va.; and several nieces and nephews. At his request he will be cremated and no services will be held. Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A. Lonaconing assisted the family. Published in Cumberland Times-News on August 20, 2018
