- KEYSER, W.Va. — Robert Joseph “Kip” Montgomery, 74, of Old State Road, Keyser, passed away Monday, May 9, 2011, at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland, Md. Born May 13, 1936, in Westernport, Md., he was the son of the late Edwin Montgomery and the late Geraldine (Wilt) Lewis. “Kip” was retired from Westvaco Corporation, having been a supervisor at the finished product warehouse. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. At his request his body was cremated. There will be no viewing. A celebration of his life will be held at his home on Old State Road, Keyser, on Friday, May 13, 2011, starting at 5 p.m. for family and friends.
