- FROSTBURG - Ralph Eugene Teets, 70, RD 2, Frostburg, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 1992, at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born Dec. 16, 1921, in Lisenring, Pa., he was the son of the late Luther Teets and Nellie (Van Sickle) Teets. He was a retired employee of the S. J. Groves Construction Company, an Army veteran of World War II having served in the South Pacific. He was of the Protestant faith. He is survived by his wife Helen (Winebrenner) Teets; one daughter, Sandra Teets, Indianapolis, Ind.; two brothers, Ray Teets and Paul Teets, Akron, Ohio; one sister, Audrey Mitchell, Akron, Ohio; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home in Frostburg Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted Tuesday at the funeral home at 1 p.m. with Rev. George A. Aist. Interment will be in Immanual United Methodist Cemetery in Garrett County. The Cumberland Times-News, December 6, 1992
