- FROSTBURG — Mrs. Margaret Winner, 70, wife of Frank Winner, 113 Centennial Street, Extended, died at her home this morning. She had been in failing health for some time. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Althea (Hansel) Brode. Surviving are a son, Raymond C. Winner, Frostburg; a brother, Adam Brode, Frostburg; two sisters, Mrs. James Leonard, Cloverdale, Pa., and Mrs. Rebecca Gerlach, Oldtown, and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive.
