- Hospital, Allentown. Born July 13, 1926 in Midlothian, Md., he was the son of the late William W. and Hazel (Crowe) Frost. Survivors inlcude his second wife, Ida (Garvin) Frost; three sons Virgil J. Frost, Jr., Carlos, Md., Terry Frost and Jay Frost, both of Ridgeley, W.Va.; one daughter, Paula Reed, Klondike, Md.; two sisters, Lola Powell, Cumberland, Md., and Minnie Ross, Shaft, Md.; three step-daughters, Juanita Naetzel, Baldwin Park, Calif., Mary Nelson, Levittown, and Carol Braun, Willow Spring, N.C.; 11 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren and six step-great-grandchildren. Services were conducted Saturday, August 12, 1992 in Philadelphia. Interment was also in Philadelphia. Cumberland Times-News, Monday, August 17, 1992
