  Notes	LAVALE - Thomas L. Boone, 85, of North Woodlawn Avenue, LaVale, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, Oct. 11, 1997 at the Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center. Born July 21, 1912, in Mars Hill, N.C., he was the son of the late John and Julie (Rice) Boone. He was preceded in death by one brother, Cecil Boone. Mr. Boone was retired from the Kelly Springfield Tire Company shipping department in 1974 and a member of the Local 26 Union, Cumberland. Surviving are his wife, Evelyn C. Boone; four step-children, Zelda Stanton, Retha Wilt, both of Grantsville, Marlene Shipley, Frostburg, Allen Beeman, Gloucester, Va.; seven grandchildren, Michelle Brobst, Julia Stanton, Michael Shipley, Rhonda Shipley, Miranda Shipley, Ronald Wilt, Jr., and Trisha Wilt; three brothers, Woodrow Boone, Charles Boone, J.C. Boone, all of Mars Hill. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, 108 Virginia Ave., on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Monday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. George R. Lohr officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Charles T. Stanton, Ronald L. Wilt, Sr., Homer M. Shipley, Michael Lee Shipley, Ronald L.
