- CUMBERLAND — Marilyn Darlene “Molly” Crowe, 80, of Cumberland and formerly of Grantsville, died Saturday, June 16, 2012, at Golden Living Center, Cumberland. Born May 28, 1932, in Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Verna (Miller) Jones. She was preceded in death by her husband, Delford Crowe, Dec. 2, 2008; and one brother, Robert Jones. Mrs. Crowe was a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church and was a retired teacher’s aide for the Garrett County Board of Education. She is survived by one “special son”, Keith Miller and wife, Denise, Cumberland, with whom she resided; one sister, Janice Miller, Winter Haven, Fla.; five grandchildren, Nathan, Jason, Kayla, Shane and Hannah; and three great-grandchildren, Caleb, Aiden and Ava. Friends will be received at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, on Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at 11 a.m. at Emmanuel United Methodist Church with the Rev. Daniel Agnew officiating. Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
