    • William T. Crowe, 85, of Stewart Street, Berlin, died Oct. 28, 1999, at Somerset Hospital. Born Sept. 10. 1914, in Meyersdale. Son of the late L. G. and Annie (Keidel) Crowe. Survived by his wife of 62 years, the former Mary Suder; and these children: Mary Alyce, married to W.B. Zimmerman, of Fort Worth, Texas; William T. Jr., married to the former Patricia A. Vokes, of Underhill Center, Vt.; grandsons: Eric Zimmerman of Austin, Texas; Lance Zimmerman of Tampa, Fla.; and David Crowe of Underhill Center, Vt. Also, sister Elizabeth, married to Paul Werner, of Meyersdale. Former owner of Crowe's Market in Meyersdale and Berlin. Member of Trinity United Church of Christ of Berlin, where he served as a deacon and an elder. Member of Berlin Volunteer Fire Department. 50-year member of Meyersdale Lodge 554, F&A.M.; Hebron Chapter, Altoona Consistory and Jaffa Shrine. Member and past president of Somerset County Shrine Club. Family will receive friends from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home. Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, with Rev. Melvin A. Kirk Jr. and Rev. Ralph G. Landis officiating. Interment, Union Cemetery, Meyersdale. Fire Department service at 7 p.m. Sunday and Masonic service at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorial contributions may be given to Trinity UCC Steeple Fund, or Shriners Children's Hospital.       William Thomas CROWE Sr. and Mary Rebecca SUDER were married on 13 Jun 1937 in Meyersdale, Summit Township, Somerset Co., Pennsylvania. MEYERSDALE, June 15 - A wedding of beautiful appointments took place Sunday morning at 8 o'clock in Amity Evangelical Reformed Church, when Miss Mary Suder and William Crowe were married by Rev. Dr. B. A. Black in the presence of immediate members of the two families. The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Norman Suder. The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Suder of Salisbury street and is well and favorably known. She is a graduate of the local high school and for several years held the position as bookkeeper in the Unit store. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L. G. Crowe of Olinger street and he also is a graduate of the local high school. He is assistant manager of the Unit store and is a promising young business man.
