- FROSTBURG - Mrs. Clara C. Tomlinson, 58, wife of Cecil L. Tomlinson, Wrights Crossing, died yesterday in Miners Hospital where she was admitted Tuesday. She had been in failing health a year. Mrs. Tomlinson was born in Pekin, a daughter of the late Josiah and Elizabeth (Jackson) Munson. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church. Survivors include three sons, Donald L. at home; William G., Lawrence, Mass.; Robert O., Fort Devens, Mass.; a daughter, Mrs. John Johnson, Jr., Lonaconing; three brothers, Lester Munson, Pekin; Melvin Munson, Lonaconing, and Virgil Munson, Baltimore; a sister, Miss Daisy Munson, Baltimore, and six grandchildren. The body will be at the Durst Funeral Home today. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the funeral home by Rev. E. M. Goetschius. Burial will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Paul Whitefield, William Keiling, Fred Wilson, Walter McFarland, John Parker, and Howard Wagner. The Cumberland News, December 21, 1963
