- Miss Hazel L. Crowe, 49, registered nurse at Emergency Hospital, Washington, died yesterday after a week's illness in the hospital. She was a graduate of the hospital. Surviving are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. William J. Crowe, Cumberland; three brothers, Orville and Zack Crowe, both of Baltimore; Curtis Crowe, city; five sisters, Mrs. Harry Pollock and Mrs. Claude Warehime, Baltimore, Mrs. Henry Dana (sic), Washington; Mrs. Heyl Walker, Cumberland, and Mrs. Heber Poland, Westernport. The body will be brought to the home of Mrs. Heyl Walker, 534 Fairview avenue. The Cumberland Evening Times, January 9, 1941
