- FROSTBURG, Aug. 28(sic) — Word has been received here that Frank O. Smith died last night at his home, 74 Charles Street, Annapolis, following a prolonged illness. His wife was the late Mrs. Margaret (Crowe) Smith, Eckhart. He is survived by three children, Frank O. Jr., Naumana Shawn and June Holten Smith and seven grandchildren. He was a brother-in-law of Fred Crowe, Frostburg, and Clifford Crowe, Eckhart. Services will be held Monday in First Baptist Church, Annapolis. The Cumberland Sunday Times, August 27, 1950
