- Annapolis, Jan. 30 - Mrs. Margaret Crowe Smith, 46, wife of Frank O. Smith, died at her home here this morning, following an illness of six weeks. A daughter of Mary Ann and the late Frederick Crowe, she was born in Eckhart and left there following her marriage 26 years ago. She was a member of the Baptist church in Annapolis. Survivors besides her mother and husband are three children: Mrs. Roy Shawn, Pennsville, N. J.; Frank O., Jr. and Miss June Smith, at home; three brothers, Frederick Crowe, former mayor of Frostburg, Clifford and Reginald, both of Eckhart; and one sister, Mrs. John Shorder, Danville, Ohio.
