  Notes	FROSTBURG — Frank R. Keene, 83, of 26 Beall Street, died yesterday in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland, where he was admitted March 1. Born in Wilmington, N.C., he was a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Keene and was a retired employe of Amcelle Plant of Celanese Fibers Company. He was a member of Frostburg Lodge 470, BPO Elks, and was past exalted ruler. Surviving are his widow, Edna (Murphy) Keene; three sons, Donald E. Keene, Adelphi; Gerald A. Keene, Alexandria, and Frank Keene Jr., Montgomery, Ala.; one daughter, Mrs. Vera Mae Mayo, Montgomery, and five grandchildren. The body is in the Durst Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Eiks will conduct a memorial service tomorrow at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
