Oakland, Md., July 15 . (AP) - Garrett County State's Attorney Neil C. Fraley said tonight that William Durst, 65-year-old farmer of the Dry Run section will be charged with murder in the shotgun slaying of his 33-year-old stepson, Paul Otto Filsinger, of Hutton. Filsinger was fatally wounded by Durst Saturday night as he entered the Durst yard in defiance of orders to stay out. The two men had been on bad terms about two years, Fraley said he was told. The victim's wife and mother were witnesses to the shooting. Fraley said that Durst, now held without bail in the county jail here, will be given a preliminary hearing later this week.
