- Vicky R. Lease, 57, of Mount Savage, passed away Monday, May 30, 2016, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born March 20, 1959, in Cumberland, Mrs. Lease was the daughter of the late Raymond "Bubby" O'Neal and Betty Lou (Lavin) O'Neal. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Gary "Nip" O'Neal. Vicky was a graduate of Mount Savage High School, class of 1977, and was a former employee of Bernard Doors, Emerick's Meats, and Burger King, Frostburg. She was a member of the Mount Savage United Methodist Church and the Old Rail Post 6025 VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Vicky enjoyed cooking, gardening, going camping, and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her furbabies. Vicky is survived by her husband of 23 years, Doug Lease; her sons, Jonathan M. Bridges and Seth Bridges; four grandchildren, Savannah, Tuxon, Colton, and Stephen Bridges; the daughter she never had, Krista Spiker; her special friends, Joni Williams Parham and, Joanie King McCoy; and her in-laws, Wayne and Patty Fleegle. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Lisa O'Neal and Tammy Lehmann and husband, Rob; her brothers-in-law, Leo Lease and wife, Connie, Mark Lease, and Clinton Lease; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com) on Thursday, June 2, 2016, from 4 to 5 p.m. A memorial service will begin at 5 p.m. with the Reverend George Harpold officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to assist with expenses. Published in Cumberland Times News, June 1, 2016
