- CUMBERLAND - Victoria Susan Kerr, 35, of Cumberland, died Friday, Aug. 13, 1999 at home. Born in Cumberland on February 27, 1964, she was the daughter of Dorothy L. (Dawson) Kerr, of Cumberland and the late Glenn D. Kerr. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Catherine Ann and Brittaney Nicole Kerr. Mrs. Kerr was a Certified Care Giver for the former New Life Shelter of Cumberland. She was a member of the Centre Street United Methodist Church, and she was a member of the White Oaks Women's Bowling League. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother, Stephen E. Kerr and wife Sarah of Cumberland; nephew, William Kerr and a niece, Sarah Kerr. She also is survived by her fiancee, Bill Northcraft of Cumberland. Friends will be received at the Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., 108 Virginia Ave., Monday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted there on Tuesday at 10 a.m. with Pastor Lloyd B. McCanna officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park. Contributions may be made to the Centre Street United Methodist Church or to the Board of Child Care for the United Methodist Church in care of Centre Street United Methodist Church, Cumberland.
