- Cumberland, MD - Sherri Ann Llewellyn, 46, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Monday, September 28, 2015, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born September 13, 1969, in Frostburg, MD, Sherri was the daughter of the late James Alpine Llewellyn and Darlene Fay (Brabson) Llewellyn. A graduate of Valley High School, Class of 1987, Sherri was formerly employed at Sheetz and Yellow Cab Company. She was an avid volunteer for the Salvation Army. Sherri is survived by her brother: Ricky James Llewellyn, Cumberland, MD: her uncles: Ray Brabson and wife, Carolyn, Carpendale, WV; and Harold Brabson, Cumberland, MD; two nephews; one niece; one great niece; and numerous cousins. Happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember her and only that she is gone or you can cherish her memory and let her live on. You can cry and close your mind. Be empty and turn your back or you can do what she would want, smile, open your eyes. Love and go on. No services are planned at this time.
