Notes	ADAMS, Tenn. — Jo Anne Koelker, 76, formerly of Cumberland, and residing in Adams, passed away Friday, Aug. 26, 2011. Jo Anne, a 70 year native of Cumberland, leaves behind her sister, Deloris Lowe; her sons, David Lee Witt and his wife, Debbie Collins, Thomas William Witt and his wife, Cindy and Ty Wren Koelker and his wife, Mary Lee; her grandchildren, Kista Collins, Amber Koelker, Tara Bacon, Ty Koelker Jr., and Austin Koelker; and her great-grandchildren, Dakota Smith, Sky Smith, Georgia Smith, Kira Blank, Joseph Blank, and Bailey Bacon. She was preceded in death by her brother, Russell Merrbaugh; a daughter, Carole Ann Witt; a son, Joseph Richard Koelker; and two dogs, Sparky and Biddle Jr. “BJ.” Jo Anne was an active participant in the woman’s skill pool league in Cumberland for 35 years prior to moving to Tennessee. Friends will be received at the Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, (www.AdamsFamilyFuneralHome.com) on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 from 10 a.m. till noon. A memorial service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011 at noon with the Rev. Ted Marsh officiating. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
