- KITZMILLER - James W. Wheeler, 65, of Fairmont, W. Va., died yesterday morning in Fairmont General Hospital. Born in Red Bank, Tenn., he was a son of the late Franklin H. and Jennie (White) Wheeler. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Beulah (Walker) Wheeler; two sons, James W. Wheeler, Jr., Takoma Park; Dan W. Wheeler, Flint, Mich.; two brothers, Frank H. Wheeler, Creve Coeure, Missouri; Robert W. Wheeler, Salt Lake City, Utah; and two grandchildren. The body will be at the Pritts Funeral Home, here, after 2 p. m. today. Services will be conducted in the funeral home Tuesday at 2 p. m. Interment will be in Nethken Hill Cemetery, Elk Garden.
