  Notes	FROSTBURG — Clara Mae Vogtman, 93, of Frostburg, passed away on Monday, May 27, 2013, at the Frostburg Village Nursing Home. Born Sept. 3, 1919, in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late Phillip Thomas and Etta (Snyder) Thomas. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William R. Vogtman Sr. and a grandson, William Vogtman III. She worked as a bank teller at the Fidelity Bank. She was a member of the First Congregational Church where she was a Sunday School Teacher, a member of the Ladies Aid, and a member of the choir. Clara was a homemaker and sang with the September Singers. She is survived by two sons, William Vogtman and wife Janice, of Frostburg and Thomas Vogtman and wife Frances, of Frostburg; grandchildren, Todd Vogtman, Thomas Vogtman Jr. and Teresa Norris; great-grandchildren, Zackary Vogtman, Reese Vogtman, Quinn Vogtman, Cory Vogtman, Shenna Vogtman, Marshall Vogtman, Kyle Vogtman, Karl Vogtman and Colin Vogtman and sister, Phyllis Rosley and husband Raymond, of Baltimore. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home on Thursday, May 30, 2013, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted in the First Congregational Church, Bowery Street, Frostburg, on Friday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Ken N. Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends from noon until the time of the funeral. Pallbearers will be Jack Folk, Todd Vogtman, Ben Norris, Thomas Vogtman Jr., Zackary Vogtman and Norm Snyder. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
