Surviving are his widow, Jennie (Kennell) Belcher; five sons, Frank Belcher Jr., Cardena, Calif.; James Belcher, Dover, N.J.; Samuel Belcher, Toledo, Ohio; Merle Belcher, Meyersdale, and Louis Belcher, Akron, Ohio; seven daughters, Mrs. Florence Sterner, Gettysburg; Mrs. Susan Dietle, Bradshaw, Md.; Mrs. Estella Kelly, Clairton; Mrs. Edna Good, Berlin; Mrs. Donna Dahl, Reading; Mrs. Sandra Walker, Youngstown, Ohio, and Mrs. Maureen Orner, Meyersdale; a brother, Arthur Belcher, LaVale, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Glessner, Somerset, and Mrs. Margaret Deal, LaVale; 25 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body will be at the Price Funeral Home after 11 a.m. tomorrow. Services will be conducted there Wednesday at 2 p.m. by Rev. Ralph Mills and burial will be in Union Cemetery.
