MARK ANNIVERSARY - Mr. and Mrs. William Kerr 153 Bowery Street, Frostburg, were honored with a surprise party on their 25th wedding anniversary at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Huffman, 124 East Main street. Mrs. Kerr is the .former Miss Alice Drummond, daughter of the late James and Dora (Dickey) Drummond, Borden Mines. Her husband is the son of the late Thomas Kerr and Effie (Adkins) Kerr, Mt. Pleasant Street. They were married March 20, 1943 in Brigham City, Utah, in the Presbyterian Church there. The Kerrs have a foster son, James, at home. Mrs. Kerr has a son, Staff Sgt. Leland Folk, who is serving with the armed forces in Vietnam. Sgt. Folk's wife and four children are presently residing with the Kerrs.
