  Notes	Frostburg - Frances C. Winebrenner, 74, formerly of 29 West Mechanic Street, died Sunday, Nov. 7, 1993 at Sacred Heart Hospital. Born Nov. 21, 1918 in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late William Troutman and Cecelia (Winebrenner) Troutman. Her husband, George T. Winebrenner also preceded her in death on June 2, 1980. Mrs. Winebrenner was a homemaker and attended Frostburg United Methodist Church. She was past martron of the Mountain Chapter 15, Order of the Eastern Star and was a member of the Past Patrons Association of Western Maryland. Surviving are two sons, Thomas L. Winebrenner, Hancock; Bradley L. Winebrenner, Washington, D.C.; one sister, Mary Snyder, Newcomerstown, Ohio; one grandson, Thomas L. Winebrenner, II, Frederick and several nieces and nephews. The Durst Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There will be no visitation. Memorial services will be conducted there Thursday at 1 p.m. by the Rev. Donald F. Sause. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Memorials may be sent to the charity of the donor's choice. Cumberland Times, November 9, 1993
