- FROSTBURG — Edward T. Moran, 83, of 70 West Mechanic Street, died Friday at Frostburg Community Hospital. Born July 28, 1922, in Mount Savage, he was the son of the late Edward J. Moran and Mamie (Folk) Moran. A retired employee of Celanese Corporation and an Army veteran of World War II, he was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. Mr. Moran is survived by his widow, Mrs. Gertrude (Youngerman) Moran; one daughter, Karen Moran, at home; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Martha Bennett, Cumberland; Mrs. Ellen Jean Kennedy, Mount Savage; Mrs. Betty Ann Gracie, of here, Anne Daniels, Baltimore, and one brother, Ronald Moran, also of here. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Cumberland Sunday Times, April 13, 1986
