- Frostburg - Frank B. Shuckhart, 78, died yesterday at Sylvan Retreat, Cumberland, where he had been a patient since 1958. Born at Borden Mines, he was the son of the late John and Ellen (Porter) Shuckhart. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Emma Lessiter, Bradenton, Fla., and Mrs. Margaret Lewis, Barberton, Ohio. The body is at the Hafer-Sowers Funeral Home.
