Born in Eckhart, she was a daughter of the late Louis and Laura (Porter) Snyder, and was the widow of Philip Thomas. She was a member of First Congregational Church, Ladies Aid Society and Senior Citizens. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs: Clara Mae Vogtman, here, and Mrs. Phyllis A. Rosley, Baltimore; a sister, Mrs. Clara Stark, Eckhart; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body is at the Sowers Funeral Home, where friends will be received from 7 until 9 p.m. today and from 2 until 4 and 7 until 9 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Thomas Vogtman, William Vogtman Jr., Charles Hendricks, Glenn Pryor, Robert Wilson and Joseph Huber.
