  Notes	FROSTBURG — Thomas Kerr, 84, of 80 Mt. Pleasant Street, died yesterday at his home following an illness of nine months. Born at Lonaconing, he was a son of the late Thomas and Jean (Muir) Kerr. Mr. Kerr was a retired miner and was a member of the Frostburg Republican Club and a charter member of the Frostburg Volunteer Fire Company. His wife, Effie (Adkins) Kerr, preceded him in death. Surviving are four sons, Charles, William and John Kerr, all of Frostburg, and Glenn Kerr, Cumberland; a daughter, Mrs. Viola Alexander, Lonaconing; three brothers, William and James Kerr, Frostburg, and Alex Kerr, Homestead, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. Jean Menderson, Phoenix, Ariz., 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The body will be at the Durst Funeral Home after 7 p.m. today. Services will be conducted there Friday at 4 p. m. by Rev. Kenneth E. Morelock and burial will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
