- Thomas Irvin Logsdon, 65, former resident, died yesterday at his home, RD 1, Hyndman, Pa. He had been in ill health for some time. Mr. Logsdon resided on Fairmont Avenue from 1936 until 1957. A native of Pennsylvania, he was a son of the late Benjamin and Emma J. (Burley) Logsdon. Mr. Logsdon was a farmer and retired coal dealer and was a member of Wills Creek Methodist Chapel. Surviving are his widow, Helen L. (Rowe) Logsdon; a daughter, Miss Mary Jane Logsdon, at home; three sons, Thomas, Robert and James Logsdon, all at home; a brother, Timothy Logsdon, RD 1, Keyser, W. Va., and three sisters, Misses Esther, Mary and Delilah Logsdon, all of RD 1, Hyndman. The body is at the Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, where services will be conducted Thursday at 3:30 p. m. by Rev. B. I. Harman, pastor of Wills Creek Methodist Chapel. Burial will be in Porter Cemetery.
