- Dalton L. Wineland, 74, of 4201 E. Montecito Street, Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of RD 1 Bedford, died Thursday, June 13. He was born November 1, 1895 in Maryland, the son of Harvey and Ida (Burley) Wineland of Bedford County. He had been a painter at the Bedford Springs Hotel for 17 years before moving to Arizona eight years ago. He is survived by his wife, Edith Donahoe; a son Robert; two brothers, Frank, Phoenix, and Russell, Cumberland. Also surviving are five sisters: Mrs. Marguarite Gelrud, Maryland; Mrs. Katherine Fuller, Maryland; Mrs. Hazel Miller, California; Mrs. Julia Hager, Florida; and Edna Lohof, West Virginia; and two grandchildren.
