- FROSTBURG - Mrs. Annie O. Blank, 92, of 122 Pine Street, died Sunday, Nov. 11, 1990 in Sacred Heart Hospital, Cumberland. She was born in Eckhart on Aug. 5, 1898, daughter of the late Owen and Ottilie (Filsinger) Logsdon. Mrs. Blank was a member of Zion United Church of Christ and the Women’s Guild. Her husband, Raymond P. Blank, died in 1974. Two sons also preceded her in death. Mrs. Blank was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Survivors include one daughter, Virginia Plummer, Frostburg; three grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Sowers Funeral Home Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be conducted there Wednesday at 10 a.m. by the Rev. Lawrence A. Neumark. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park.
