- MT. SAVAGE - James E.Campbell, 77, died yesterday at Memorial Hospital. A native of Eckhart he was a son of the late James A. and Elizabeth (Logsdon) Campbell. He was a retired foreman for Ferguson-Edmonson Construction Company, Pittsburgh. Mr. Campbell was a member of the Eckhart Baptist Church and a veteran of World War I. Besides his wife, Mrs. Clara (Hoenshell) Campbell, he is survived by three sons, Harry Campbell, Grantsville, Dale Campbell, Akron, and Lennie Campbell, at home. Also surviving are a sister, Mrs. Lena Watson, Frostburg, a brother, Jack Campbell, address unknown, 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The body is at the Hafer-Sower Funeral Home, Frostburg. Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in the funeral home by the Rev. Clair Leber. Interment will be in Mt. Savage United Methodist Cemetery.
