  Notes	Shannon Victor Winebrenner, 74, died this morning at his home at Fairgo following an illness of nine years. Born at Slabtown, he was a son of the late Thomas and Ida (Porter) Winebrenner. A retired employe at the Amcelle plant of Celanese Fibers Company, he held membership in Potomac Park Evangelical United Brethren Church. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Mamie (Miller) Winebrenner; three sons, Emerson and William Winebrenner, both of Baltimore, and Theodore Winebrenner, Fairgo; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Charlton, Baltimore Pike; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Albert Burkhart, Baltimore: two sisters, Mrs. Lloyd Winebrenner, Frostburg, and Mrs. Joseph Wolford, Eckhart; six grandchildren, five step-grandchildrcn and two step-great-grandchildren.
