- DOVER, Del. — Carolyn Kay McKenzie of Dover, died Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2006, in Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 62. Mrs. McKenzie was born in Cleveland, Ohio on Sept. 25, 1943, to the late Karl and Edna B. Smith. She is formerly of Annapolis, Md., where she had worked for Langton Green as a house counselor for the mentally challenged for 10 years. She loved caring for her residence, was devoted to God, and a devoted member of her church, the Eagles Wings Ministries-Dover Church of God on Denny’s Road in Dover. Mrs. McKenzie was preceded in death by her husband Paul C. McKenzie in 1994 and is survived by three sons, James P. Brazalorics Jr. of Stafford, Va.; Paul E. McKenzie of Mount Airy, Md.; and Gary L. McKenzie of Finzel, Md.; three daughters, Annie Moses of Midland, Md.; Bonnie Lynn Kline of Dover; and Carolann May of Stafford, Va,; and two brothers, Ronald D. Smith of Florida; and Harry Lane of East Liverpool, Ohio. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a m., Saturday, Feb. 18, 2006, in the Eagles Wings Ministries, Dover Church of God, 3941 West Denney’s Road, Dover, DE 19904. Viewing will be in the Torbert Funeral Chapel, Dover, DE. Interment will be held privately in the Laurel Hill Cemetery in Moscow, Md. Cumberland Times-News, Thursday, February 16, 2006
