  Notes	FROSTBURG — Nancy Lee Dugan, 77, of Frostburg, died Sunday, March 2, 2008, at her residence. Born March 4, 1930, in Frostburg, she was the daughter of the late William Mears and Emily (Campbell) Mears. Nancy was also preceded in death by her husband, William G. Dugan Sr., in 1991; and friend, John "Jack" Starkey. Mrs. Dugan was a homemaker. Nancy was formerly employed at Shupe’s Pharmacy, and she volunteered at the Frostburg Village Nursing Care Center. She was a member of the Frostburg United Methodist Church and the Farrady Unit 24 American Legion Auxiliary, Frostburg. Nancy is survived by her children, Bonnie Pressman and husband Robert, of Frostburg, Patty Moulden and husband Philip, of Mount Savage, Peggy Stewart and husband Timothy, of Romney, W.Va., Cindy Smith and husband Richard, of Ohio, and William "Budgie" Dugan Jr., of Frostburg; ten grandchildren, Mark Moulden and wife Brenda, Adam Moulden and caring friend Laura Booth, Erin Moulden and special friend Dan Ross, Michael Pressman and wife Tabitha, Jeffrey Pressman, Bart Stewart and wife Erica, Lindsay Stewart, Trey Stewart and special friend Shayla Rodeheaver, Amanda Whetstone and Randy Dugan; and two great-grandchildren, Tyler Valentine and Madison Pressman. Nancy enjoyed and supported all of her grandchildren's sports and school activities. She is also survived by one sister, June Trageser, of Frostburg; one brother, William Glenn Mears and wife Juanita, of Frostburg; one sister-in-law, Linda Barry and husband Robert; one brother-in-law, Robert Dugan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Durst Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted in the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Rebecca Vardiman officiating.
