  Notes	Mrs. Irene V. Keyser, 75, of 8 Broadway Circle, died yesterday at Sacred Heart Hospital, where she had been a patient for one week. Born in Moorefield, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Calvin J. Raines and Jessie E. (Belt) Raines. Surviving are her husband, William M. Keyser; one son, Lawrence R. McKenzie, LaVale; three brothers, Ode Raines, Moorefield; Charles Raines, Crownsville; William Raines, Columbus, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Liller, Keyser, W.Va.; Mrs. Catherine Newhouse, Moorefield, and one grandson, Larry McKenzie Jr., LaVale. Friends will be received today at the Silcox-Merritt Funeral Residence. Services will be conducted Saturday at 11 a. m. in the funeral residence with the Rev. Kenneth L. Korns officiating. Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park. Pallbearers will be David Scollick Jr., Eugene Keyser, Robert Bankard, Albert Dickinson, Roy McLaughlin, and Donald Emerson.
