  Notes	Frostburg - George T. Winebrenner, 73, of 29 West Mechanic Street, died Friday, June 2, 1989, at his residence. Born Oct. 11, 1915, in Frostburg, he was the son of the late Roy R. and Bessie (Porter) Winebrenner. Mrs. Winebrenner was a retired employee of Kaiser Refractories at Zihlman. Surviving are his widow, Frances (Troutman) Winebrenner, two sons, Thomas L. Winebrenner, Hancock; and Bradley L. Winebrenner, Washington, D.C.; one sister, Mrs. Flossie Knieriem, Barrelville; and one grandson. A memorial service will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Durst Funeral Home by the Rev. Donald F. Sause. Interment will be in Frostburg Memorial Park. The family request that memorials take the form of contributions to St. Paul's Lutheran Church or the American Heart Society.
