  Notes	WILEY FORD, W.Va. — Bruce Brinton Jacobs, 75, of Wiley Ford, passed away Friday, March 26, 2021, at UPMCWestern Maryland. Born Jan. 23, 1946, in Cumberland, Mr. Jacobs was the son of the late Lewis C. Jacobs and Eva May (Brinkman) Jacobs. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Lewis 'Fred' Jacobs. Bruce was a graduate of Fort Hill High School, Class of 1964. He served with the U.S. Army Reserves. Bruce retired from the Cumberland Chessie System Railroad with 41 years of service. He drove for the Allegany County Board of Education for 43 years. He had a passion for the students he transported and was appreciated by many. He was an avid football fan of Fort Hill High School. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren participate in their sports. He was also a Washington Redskins fan and West Virginia Mountaineers fan for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and gathering at reunions. He is a member of Memorial Heights Baptist Church. Bruce is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Kathy Jacobs; his sons, Travis Jacobs and wife, Shay, Fort Ashby, W.Va., and Devin Jacobs, Wiley Ford; his grandchildren, Brooke Jacobs, Blake Jacobs and Jaden Yonker Jacobs. He also leaves behind his brother, Harold 'Buck' Jacobs; sisters-in-law, Sandra Jacobs and Debbie McKenzie; brothers-in-law, Doug McKenzie and wife, Peg, and Buddy McKenzie and wife, LuAnn; as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and special neighbors, especially Brother Ed, who have helped in many ways. Bruce had a lot of love for his pups, Jass and Meeka. Friends will be received at Adams Family Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, from 2 to 4 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home Wednesday, March 31, 2021, at 11 a.m. with Pastor Denny Michael officiating.
