  Notes	KINGWOOD, W.Va. — Robert Joseph McGregor Sr., 70 of Kingwood, passed away Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013 at his residence with family by his side. He was born April 14, 1943 in Lonaconing, son of the late Harold McGregor Sr. and Mary McGregor. He loved fishing and hunting and was a member of the American Legion Post# 189 in Barton and Kingwood VFW Post 826. He had worked as a lineman for IBEW Local 70 Electrical Workers out of Forestville. Robert is survived by three children, Robert J McGregor Jr. and Michelle L. of Terra Alta, W.Va, Michelle R Young and Ralph, Fairmont, W.Va., Shane M. McGregor Sr. and Betty of Baltimore; 12 grandchildren, Robert III, Justin, Courtney, Michael, Ashley, Josh, Brittany, Shane Jr., Hailie, Trevor, Noah and Olivia; two great-grandsons, Ryder and Easton; two brothers, Harold McGregor Jr. and wife Caroline, Maysville, W.Va., William McGregor and wife Irene, Fort Ashby, W.Va.; one sister, Mary Katherine Lyons and husband Bob, Westernport. In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Jean McGregor in 2012; and one brother, Marvin McGregor. Graveside service was held at the Bethel Cemetery, Newburg, W.Va., Monday, Oct. 21, 2013 at 1 p.m. Military graveside rites were conducted by the Col. Rowan Post 2345, Preston County Chapter 977, Vietnam Veterans of America and the Preston County Honor Guard. A special thanks to Amedisys Hospice Care in Morgantown, W.Va. and John and Annie Robinson for the care of our father.
